High School rugby sevens is a fast-paced, beginner-friendly team sport with seven players on each side and short, exciting games. It’s easy to learn, requires minimal equipment, and gives every player the chance to run, pass, defend, and score in a supportive, team-focused environment.

The Forsyth is committed to provide boys and girls opportunities to play rugby k-12.

Not at all. Many players are brand new and learn everything they need through practice.

Do players need experience to join?

Is rugby safe?

Yes. Players are coached in proper techniques, and safety is a top priority in both practices and games.

When is sevens season?

Seavens season runs from the end of July through October.
